Leading lawyers for general practice

Our primary care team

We have a team of around 20 specialist solicitors providing expert advice to GPs, partnerships, federations, provider organisations and primary care networks on a day-to-day basis.

We advise over 350 GP practices and more than 150 primary care provider organisations and networks, helping them meet the demands and challenges of a rapidly changing environment with the integration of primary, secondary, social and mental health care.

Our work covers partnership issues, employment matters, contracts and joint ventures, setting up PCNs and companies and all property related matters from re-finance and funding agreements to new surgery developments.

“When we had problems, solutions were simple and clear, demonstrating not just a great understanding of the legal framework underpinning traditional GP partnerships, but the ability to evolve these alongside the new models of care for the NHS of the future.”
